If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. -

Safety and Warranty 1 YEAR PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY Within the warranty period, contact Omcan Inc. at 1-800-465-0234 to schedule an Omcan authorized service technician to repair the equipment locally. Unauthorized maintenance will void the warranty. Warranty covers part failures, not improper use. -

Operation There is also the possibility to prepare the rollers of sheet using the special automatic dough roller that we can supply as an accessory to couple with the press (Item 46297) – see the picture below. STUFFING The stuffing must be soft and passed through a mincing machine, so that it does not show filaments (if you use vegetables) or lumps (if you use meat), that could clog the holes of the distributor, preventing the perfect filling of the ravioli. -
