Pull Harness
Adjustment Strap
and Buckle Through
Pad

Attach Pads on Both
Sides of Shell

Tuck Pad Behind
Harness Strap
Thread harness strap into
shoulder harness slots in pad
and push the slits behind
plastic strip in pad.

Slide Buckle Cover into
Slot in Pad

Retainer into Same Slot
as Buckle Cover
Buckle must face out.
