Removing a CD-ROM or Tape Drive From the Bracket

1. Position the bracket on top of a flat surface, so that the CD-ROM or tape
drive is flat (Figure 2-12).
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws securing the
CD-ROM or tape drive to the drive bracket (Figure 2-12).
Note – Save the four screws that you just removed. You will need them to
install the drive in the Sun Ultra 30 system.
3. Remove the CD-ROM or tape drive, and place it aside on an antistatic
surface.

4. Install the CD-ROM or tape drive in the Sun Ultra 30 system.
