1 Switch OFF boiler, set emergency stop switch to OFF
2 Close gas supply valve
3 Remove front casing
4 Determine level of soiling of heating water heat exchanger (mbar)
5 Check burner
6 If necessary, clean burner and check ignition monitoring electrode
7 Clean heating water heat exchanger
8 Clean condensate pan
9 Check gaskets, if necessary replace gaskets and apply silicone
grease
10 Check neutralisation system if installed, top up with granulate if
required
11 On enamelled cylinders, check protective anode every 2 years
12 Assemble appliance
13 Clean, fill and install trap and check for secure fit
14 Level of soiling of heating water heat exchanger after cleaning
(mbar)
15 Descale DHW heat exchanger if necessary
16 Clean DHW strainer
17 Check expansion vessel and safety valve
18 Fill and vent the system
18 Open gas supply, switch on appliance
19 Gas tightness test
20 Flue gas tightness test
21 Check ignition
22 Check bus connection to control accessories
23 Flue gas emissions test in emissions test mode
24 Gross flue gas temperature
25 Ventilation air temperature
26 Carbon dioxide content (CO
27 or oxygen content (O

30 Call up maintenance display and acknowledge fault history
