DISASSEMBLY
• Make sure that the motor unit is turned off
completely.
• Disconnect the plug from electrical outlet.
• Remove by reversing steps from Figure 6 to
Figure 1.
• If the retaining ring can not be removed easily
with both hands, please use the tools. (Fig.12)
• To remove sieve easily, put a screwdriver
between sieve tube machine grinder and mixer,
as shown and lift it up. (Fig.13)
VIII. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Meat remaining in the mixing tube can be removed from inside the machine passing
by rubbing a slice of bread.
• Before cleaning the unit, disconnect the power supply
• Press the release button and unplug the mixing tube. Remove the pusher and the
tray. (Figure 13)
• Unscrew and remove the retaining ring all-equipment housing. Do not wash in
dishwasher accessories!
• Wash with hot water (below 50 ® C) and detergent all parts that come into contact
with meat. Clean it immediately after you have used the device.
• Rinse the parts with clean water and dry them immediately.
• Tip: Lightly oil the cutting knife and screens!
