MEAT CHOPPING
Cut all foods into small pieces (it is recommended to boneless meat without
fat, size 20mm x 20mm x 60mm) so that it fits easily into the tray. Never use
frozen meat!
Place meat in pan. Use the pusher to gently push meat into the blade
housing. (Fig. 7)
Connect the device to the power outlet. Then turn it on by pressing the
"ON" position.
After use, switch off and disconnect it from the power source.
REVERSE FUNCTION
If the device is locked, turn off the camera and press the reverse (REV).
Cutting meat stuck in space is not shredded.
Chopping auger will rotate in the opposite direction and the camera can
take over the operation.
If it does not work, turn off the machine and clean it.
VI. MAKING KIBBE
FILLING INGREDIENTS
Mutton - 100g
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Spices to taste
Salt to taste
Flour - 1 tbsp
• Mince mutton once or twice;
• Fry the onion until it catches a golden color, then add the minced mutton, spices,
salt and flour.
INGREDIENTS
Lean meat - 450g
Flour - 150-200g
Spices - to taste
Nutmeg (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Pepper - to taste
