VII. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The meat remaining into the grinder head can be removed by passing through it a slice
of bread.
1. Before cleaning the appliance, turn it off and unplug it
2. Remove the meat stomper and the tray
3. Push the release button and rotate the grinder head in the direction of the
arrows.
4. Unscrew the retaining ring and detach all sides of the grinder head.
Attention: Do not clean the accessories in the dishwasher!
5. Wash all the parts that came into contact with the meat or other ingredients in
the warm water with dishwashing detergent. Rinse them with warm, clean
water and dry them immediately.
6. In order to avoid their rusting, is recommended to oil the knife and grinding
plates of the meat grinder with vegetable oil.

1. Fasten the power cord and put it in the place
marked with b in the alongside picture
2. Point c represents the switcher of the appliance.
3. Point a represents the storage compartment for
the grinding plates of the meat grinder.
