MAGIC CONTROL
Status
The pressures and temperatures are
not in the normal range.
If you press the display button with the LED switched off, MAGIC CONTROL
shows the last status received.
If MAGIC CONTROL receives no signal from one of the sensors
for more than 10 minutes when the ignition is switched on, the
LED constantly changes colour (0.25 s green, 0.25 s orange,
0.25 s red, 0.25 s orange etc.), to indicate that the controller is
looking for a signal.
➤ Make another interference diagnosis (see chapter "Performing an
interference diagnosis" on page 63).

Changing the tyres and replacing the valves
Caution
Always tell the tyre fitter that MAGIC CONTROL is installed,
and give him the assembly instructions.
For every tyre change, WAECO recommends replacing the valve
insert, which you can order with the item number MTPM-VALVE.
➤ Always start removing the tyre opposite the valve (z, page 13).
Never press the tyre off the wheel over the sensor, because you might
damage the tyre sensor.
Using MAGIC CONTROL
Display
During the self-test, the LED shows
the warning or alarm status which
was present when the ignition was
switched off (see chapter "Alarm
status" on page 71).
If you have eliminated the problem
in the meantime, the LED lights up
green for a minute after the self-test.
It then switches off.
If the problem is still there, the LED
shows the warning or alarm status
after the self-test (see chapter
"Alarm status" on page 71).
