Functional description
MAGIC CONTROL consists of an electronic controller, four tyre sensors,
an antenna and a display. Each valve sensor contains its own valve, which
is installed in the tyre instead of a standard one. The sensors measure
the pressure and temperature of the tyres, and transmit the values to the
controller. The tyre status (excessive/insufficient pressure, excess temperature)
is indicated on the display.
Two additional sensors (e. g. for inner rear wheels) can also be fitted as
accessories.
Each of the sensors measures the tyre pressure and temperature
every 3.4 seconds and transmits the collected data every 54.6 seconds.
These transmission intervals are sufficient for normal conditions and
guarantee reliability and a long battery life (approximately 7 years).
If the tyre pressure or temperature reaches a dangerous level, the system
reacts immediately and switches to alarm standby. In alarm standby mode,
the data is measured and transmitted every 0.85 seconds.
If the set tyre pressure is more than 3.59 bar, MAGIC CONTROL deactivates
the excess pressure warning and only displays low pressure and excess
temperature.
