Initial Screen
When the power is turned on, "QC-S300" appears on the LCD touch panel, then
the Initial screen appears.
The Initial screen includes two sub-screens. Press a tab at the top of the screen to
change the screen display.
Shift Tab
Press this to change the screen display.
Present Settings Screen
Press this to display the Present Settings screen.

Counter
When collating continuously: Counts the total number collated sets.
When collating a preset number of sets: Enter the preset number using
the Numeric Keypad screen.
Finisher/Stacker Select Button
On: When stapling the collated sheets using the finisher.
Off: When not using the stapler.
Receiving Mode Select Button
Straight: The delivered sheets are stacked straight, without offsetting.
Offset: The delivered sheets are offset on the receiving tray.
Double Cycle Select Button
On: The tower is divided into two sections and
sheets can be fed from either section.
Off: Normal collating operation
Double Feed Detect On/Off Button
On: Double feeding will be detected.
Off: Double feeding will not be detected.
Tab Insertion Function Select Button
On: The tab insertion function is active.
To set the number of collated sets between tab sheets:
Enter the number of collated sets between tab sheets
using the upper Numeric Key icon.
To set the number of blocks of collated sets:
Enter the number of collated sets between tab sheets
using the upper Numeric Key icon.
Enter the desired number of blocks of collated sets
using the lower Numeric Key icon.
* If the power switch is turned off, any entered numbers will be deleted.
Off: The tab insertion function is not active.
Information Screen Button (Refer to the next page.)
Press this to display the Information screen.
Display Light Adjusting Buttons (32 levels)
: Press to brighten the display.
: Press to make the display dimmer.
Counter Clear Button
C
Press this to return the counter to 0.
Numeric Key Button
The Numeric Keypad screen appears.
Use this to enter numbers.
Numeric Key Icon
Press this to display the Numeric
Keypad screen. Enter the number of
collated sets between tab sheets.
Numeric Key Icon
Press this to display the Numeric
Keypad screen. Enter the desired
number of blocks of collated sets.
