Trouble: CT-S30 Delivery Unit for Side Stapling
If the collated sheets stop in the delivery unit, or slow down for side stapling:
Check
The power cord for the
CT-S30 is not connected
to the collator.
The gap between the
lower delivery guide and
the jog guide is not set to
1 to 2 mm (0.04" to
0.08").
The gap between the
upper delivery guide and
the lower delivery guide
is not set to 5 mm (0.2").
Check whether the deliv-
ery guide is dirty.
The CT-S30 delivery unit for side stapler does not work:
Check
The power cord of the
CT-S30 is not connected
to the collator.
The CT-S30 delivery unit for side stapling can only be
installed on the QC-S300F.
Causes and Remedies
Connect the power cord for the CT-S30 to the
collator.
