    1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1. Application The D4X is a drilling machine with electromagnetic base, designed to drill holes either with diameters of 12–111 mm (1/2 – 4-3/8’’) to a depth of up to 76 mm (3’’) by using HSS and TCT annular cutters or with diameters of 16–47 mm (5/8 – 1-7/8’’) to a depth up to 76 mm (3’’) by using twist drill bits.
