Possible Causes
No test defined in the instrument memory
If more than 60 process steps have been defined
If the test definition (with END step) is not completed.
Manifold not correctly defined in Adjust Menu
Instrument cannot move plate support
Check if the plate support is correctly inserted and the plate
support is not blocked. Ensure the plate support motor is
not defective or blocked and the home position optical
switch is not broken.
Plate parameters are not defined
(Adjust Menu)
Dispensing pump, optical switch, disp. pump/ main board
cable or main board broken
Display board broken
Power supply board broken
Defective fuse
Dispensing needles blocked
Dispensing valve broken
Dispensing pump broken
Aspirating pump broken
Aspirating needles blocked
The instrument checks if the waste bottle is full at the
beginning of a selected program
The waste bottle is full during the washing procedure
Before the program is started, the instrument can detect if
the liquid bottle is empty
Defective printer or printer cable
Change barcode chips U21 and U22
The manifold arm does not move up and down
No communication between main board and fill verification
board
Instrument detects that some of the needles are not
dispensing solution
The instrument detects if any of the needles are dispensing
no or too little solution
If the fill verification board needle status can not be deleted
When the well is not correctly aspirated
Empty Battery
