8. 4. 2 Manuelle Vorreinigung

8. 4. 2. 1 Bürsten der Oberflächen
In Abhängigkeit der Intensität der Verschmutzung
sowie der Antrocknung von Rückständen sind die
Oberflächen von Instrumenten grundsätzlich von
groben Verschmutzungen mit Hilfe einer Bürste/
eines Schwammes unter fließend kaltem Wasser
zu säubern bis sichtbare Kontamination vollständig
entfernt ist.
8. 4. 2. 2 Unterstützende Vorbehandlung
mit Ultraschall
Das Medizinprodukt ist aus technischen Gründen
nicht für eine Ultraschallbehandlung geeignet.
8. 4. 3 Manuelle Reinigung
Das Medizinprodukt muss vollständig in eine
Reinigungslösung eingetaucht werden. Es muss
sichergestellt werden, dass selbst eingeschränkt
zugängliche Oberflächen blasenfrei benetzt werden.
Zum Ende der Einwirkzeit, nach Herstellerangaben,
erfolgt die mechanische Reinigung mit Hilfe von
Bürste oder Schwamm. Eine abschließende
Spülung mit kaltem Wasser zur Neutralisation ist
erforderlich.
8. 4. 4 Manuelle Desinfektion
Das Medizinprodukt muss vollständig in eine
Desinfektionslösung eingetaucht werden.
Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass selbst
eingeschränkt zugängliche Oberflächen
blasenfrei benetzt werden. Zum Ende der
Einwirkzeit, nach Herstellerangaben, muss das
Medizinprodukt mehrfach gespült werden, um
sämtliche Chemikalienrückstände zu entfernen.
Hierfür ist Wasser bestmöglicher Qualität unter
Berücksichtigung länderspezifischer Regularien zu
verwenden. Abschließend erfolgt eine vollständige
Trocknung aller Oberflächen und Gelenke mit
(bevorzugt medizinischer) Druckluft. Dazu eignet
sich die Reinigungspistole mit Zubehör (Art.-Nr.
27660).

8. 4. 2 Manual precleaning
8. 4. 2. 1 Brushing the surfaces
Depending on the degree of soiling and the
degree to which residues have dried, heavy soiling
must be cleaned from the surfaces of instruments
with the aid of a brush/sponge under cold running
water until any visible contamination has been
completely removed.
8. 4. 2. 2 Auxiliary pretreatment with
ultrasound
For technical reasons, the medical device is not
suitable for ultrasound treatment.
8. 4. 3 Manual cleaning
The medical device must be completely immersed
in a cleaning solution. It must be ensured that even
surfaces with restricted access are covered and
no air bubbles are present. After the necessary
exposure time as specified by the manufacturer,
clean the instrument mechanically with the aid of a
brush or sponge. The device must then be rinsed
with cold water to ensure neutralization.
8. 4. 4 Manual disinfection
The medical device must be completely immersed
in a disinfectant solution. It must be ensured
that even surfaces with restricted access are
covered and no air bubbles are present. After
the necessary exposure time as specified by the
manufacturer, the medical device must be rinsed
several times in order to remove all chemical
residues. To this end, water of the best possible
quality must be used, taking into account the
national regulations. Finally, all of the surfaces
and joints are dried completely with (preferably
sterile) compressed air. The cleaning gun with
accessories (Art. no. 27660) is ideal for this
purpose.

8. 4. 2 Limpieza manual previa
8. 4. 2. 1 Cepillado de las superficies
Dependiendo del grado de suciedad, así como
del grado de resecamiento de los residuos,
elimine por regla general la suciedad gruesa de las
superficies de los instrumentos con ayuda de un
cepillo/una esponja bajo agua corriente fría hasta
que la contaminación visible haya sido eliminada
por completo.
8. 4. 2. 2 Tratamiento complementario previo
por ultrasonidos
Por razones técnicas este producto médico no
es apto para ser sometido a un tratamiento con
ultrasonidos.
8. 4. 3 Limpieza manual
Sumerja completamente el producto médico
en una solución de limpieza. Asegúrese de que
incluso las superficies de acceso limitado queden
humedecidas sin burbujas de aire. Una vez
concluido el tiempo de aplicación requerido según
las indicaciones del fabricante, efectúe la limpieza
mecánica con ayuda de un cepillo o una esponja.
Por último, enjuague con agua fría para garantizar
la neutralización.
8. 4. 4 Desinfección manual
Sumerja completamente el producto médico
en una solución desinfectante. Asegúrese de
que incluso las superficies de acceso limitado
queden humedecidas sin burbujas de aire. Una
vez concluido el tiempo de aplicación según las
indicaciones del fabricante, enjuague el producto
médico repetidas veces para eliminar todos los
residuos de productos químicos. Para ello utilice
agua de la mejor calidad posible teniendo en
cuenta las reglamentaciones específicas de cada
país. Finalmente, seque completamente todas las
superficies y articulaciones con aire comprimido
(preferentemente para uso médico). A tal efecto se
recomienda la pistola de limpieza con accesorios
(n.º de art. 27660).
