Installation and/or maintenance work is only to
be performed by qualified and trained Service

personnel from Robert Bosch GmbH or organizations

commissioned by Robert Bosch GmbH. No warranty

claims will be accepted if devices have been opened or
modified by non-authorized persons.

Electrical systems and equipment are only to be started
28
up if they are in proper working order (refer also to test
28
equipment information 0108_084). This requirement
29
is deemed to have been fulfilled if compliance with
30
the rules of electrical engineering practice is ensured
30
on completion of modification or maintenance work
(original inspection). This involves the performance
31
of testing of the type and extent specified in the
32
rules of electrical engineering practice (in Germany
e.g. BGV A3). In Germany, the nature and extent of
33
testing are specified in VDE 0701/0702 Part 1. The
33
corresponding legislation of the country concerned
33
must be observed.
