Top Plate Shims
1. Remove the Top Plate.
2. Remove the three shims highlighted in the
illustration below.
3. Matte Black Stoves: Replace the Top Plate and
discard the shims.
White Enamel Stoves: Locate the three larger shims
shipped separately within the firebox and install
these in the same locations as those previously
removed.
4. Replace the Top Plate.
