Measuring the core temperature is recommended for all types of cooking to
achieve an optimal result.
The unit has a core temperature sensor in the cooking chamber and can be
equipped with an optional connection for an external core temperature sensor.
A core temperature measurement is always possible, if the core temperature
sensor is inserted in the food being cooked. Also before or after a cooking
process or during a time-controlled cooking step.
