Do not overheat core-
temperature probe
So that the temperature probe can be inserted into frozen food,
DO Not heat probe with a lighter or another heat source. Over-
heating can cause the temperature probe to explode.

Drill an insertion channel

With frozen
food, first drill an
insertion channel
with a hand drill and then
insert the temperature
probe.
