Time-out after 5
minutes if the ID
button of the
image processing
software was not
pressed.
Messages will stay active until the problem is solved or the dialog box message
on the control PC is confirmed by clicking the OK button.
Note: For error messages not listed in the table above, please refer to the
instructions within the displayed error message text.

"Image transmission failed.
System is retrying. If image
does not appear, please
restart the PC."
"ID button not pressed
within the timeout period.
Image plate was not
scanned. Cassette stays
clamped until ID data are
supplied by the operator."

Check if Ethernet
cable is plugged in at
PC and digitizer.
Visually check if the
Red, flashing Ethernet cable is
damaged. If the error
remains restart PC and
digitizer or call
service.
After ID Confirm the message
button has on the PC and press
been pressed: the ID button of the
green, image processing
flashing software.
