Errors During Operation
If errors occur during operation, you can consult the Agfa Service Access
Package (ASAP) messages on the control PC. The ASAP UI is independent
from the NX Software.
Condition
Empty cassette
(no image plate
in cassette)
Empty cassette
(no image plate

image plate jam.

Red, flashing Remove the cassette
Switch off the digitizer
and open the front
cover, see page 50. If
there is no image plate
visible in the transport
unit close and switch
on the digitizer. After
restart remove the
cassette from the
digitizer and check if
there is an image plate
inside the cassette.
Red, constant
In case of an image
plate jam remove the
plate from the
transport unit
manually and close the
digitizer. Switch on
the digitizer. After
restart remove the
cassette and put the
image plate back into
the cassette.
Red, flashing.
Confirm the message
After
with the OK button
