Input changing rate alarm (rate alarm)
This function triggers an alarm if the temperature-converted value of a specified channel
changes by a value larger or smaller than the set alarm-change value (or change rate).
In case of Pt100:
Change rate [%] = (Present temperature-Temperature prior to alarm) ∗ 100
