DESCRIPTION
This condition occurs when the temperatures measured by the
two temperature sensors in the chamber (main and redundant
sensor) differ by more than the pre-set parameter.
This condition occurs when communication between master and
slave boards (where fitted) is interrupted.
Process chemicals must be replenished.
Communication between the controls and the user interface is
interrupted.
Insufficient hot water available.This conditions occurs when there
is lack of hot water.
