Step #3 Apply Fire Stop Plate (Required for 12-)
5. Fire Stop Plate for 12- Devices
• Fire stop plate required on all fire rated doors (12-)
• Drill (2) 1⁄8" diameter holes if the door is not supplied with them
• Secure fire stop plate to door with (2) #8 x 1/2" self tapping screws
