Observe the conditions of use for Mercedes me
connect and other services. These can be

When you make a service call via Mercedes me
connect, data will be transmitted.

functions in areas where mobile phone coverage
is available from the wireless service providers.
Insufficient network coverage from the wireless
service providers may result in an emergency
call not being transmitted.
The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system is
available for at least ten years starting from the
manufacturing date.
The ignition must be switched on before an auto‐
matic emergency call can be made.
