5. Internal Memory & I/O Signals
5.1
Internal memory configuration
High Speed Counter Module has an internal memory that is used for data Tx/Rx
(Write/Read) to/from PLC's CPU. The commands used for Tx (Write) from PLC's CPU
to High Speed Counter's internal memory are PUT and PUTP, and the commands used
for Rx (Read) are GET and GETP. Configuration of the internal memory and the data is
described in this section.
