2-phase, 4-multiplication operation mode: The counter counts at the rising

and falling edges of A-phase input pulse and B-phase input pulse respectively.
If A-phase input precedes B-phase input pulse, up count operation starts at he
rising and falling edges of both A and B phase pulse inputs.
If B-phase input precedes A-phase input pulse, down count operation starts at the
rising and falling edge of both A and B phase pulse inputs.

2. CW (Clockwise)/CCW (Counter Clockwise) operation mode: The counter counts
either at the rising edge of A-phase input pulse or at the rising edge of B-phase input
pulse.
a)
Up count operation is executed at the rising edge of A-phase input pulse, when
B-phase input pulse is Low with respect to A-phase input pulse.
b)
Down count operation is executed at the rising edge of B-phase pulse input,
when A-phase input pulse is Low with respect to B-phase input.
