2. CW (Clockwise)/CCW (Counter Clockwise) operation mode: The counter counts
either at the rising edge of A-phase input pulse or at the rising edge of B-phase input
pulse.
a) Up count operation is executed at the rising edge of A-phase input pulse, when
B-phase input pulse is Low with respect to A-phase input pulse.
b) Down count operation is executed at the rising edge of B-phase pulse input,
when A-phase input pulse is Low with respect to B-phase input.
