Diagnostics and troubleshooting
If problems should occur during commissioning of the MA
table. Typical errors and their possible causes are described here as well as tips for their
elimination.
13.1

General causes of errors

No data sporadically

Possible error causes
Device setting incorrect.
Problems with the voltage supply.
Data telegram longer than the bus
telegram in bus cycle/memory size.
Incorrect order
No supply voltage connected to the device. Check supply voltage.
Hardware error.
Device in boot mode.
Device error.
Firmware update failed.
No supply voltage connected to the device. Check supply voltage.
SERVICE active.
Incorrect baud rate / address.
No connection
General causes of errors

Adjust device settings (data protocol, baud
rate, etc.).
Check voltage range, supply separately if
needed.
Increase in bus telegram length.
Toggle out data earlier.
Correct order:
Provide data, toggle CTB.
Send the device to customer service.
No valid firmware, send device to cus-
tomer service.
Send the device to customer service.
Service switch on RUN.
Check switch settings.
Check baud rate or address.
Send the device to customer service.
Check wiring/IP address.
