Intel SSD Optimizer fails to complete and temporary files remain on
system
On New Technology File System (NTFS) partitions with allocation sizes of 32K or 64K,
the Intel SSD Optimizer fails to complete and leaves temporary files on the target SSD.
There is no workaround for this issue; however, if this occurs, consider removing the
partition and recreating it with a smaller allocation size.
Known drives affected: Drives with NTFS partitions with 32K or 64K allocation sizes
