Troubleshooting
Problem
AUTO GUN MODE
Auto Gun won't actuate when
the red button is pressed.
Line Spacing is not accurate
Battery won't stay charged.
Auto Gun won't shut off

Cause
Gun is not activated.
Cable is not adjusted properly.
Not on main striping screen.
Low Speed Shut off is enabled.
Battery Voltage is too low.
Cable is not adjusted properly.
Red button is broken.
Auto Gun Cable is broken or extremely kinked
resulting in too much drag.
Solenoid wire is disconnected or broken.
Fuse to battery is removed or blown.
Solenoid is jammed.
Solenoid is failed.
Control board is failed.
Gun is not receiving air.
Air pressure too low.
Wrong line pattern loaded.
Machine is out of calibration.
Accessories are left on and drain the battery
when unit is not running.
Throttle is not set high enough.
Power consumption from accessories is higher
than engine output.
Wiring is broken or disconnected.
Charger is not working.
Cable is kinked.
Solenoid is jammed.
Low air pressure.
Solution
Press the 1 or 2 button on control to activate a
gun.
Adjust Cable to properly actuate gun trigger,
page 23.
Go to main striping screen on control to Actu-
ate Auto Guns.
Disable Low Speed Shutoff, page 39.
Check battery voltage on Diagnostic Screen,
page 13, or with Volt meter. If below 11.5V,
charge battery or replace battery.
Adjust Cable to properly actuate gun trigger,
page 23.
Test button functionality in Diagnostic screen,
page 13. Replace if broken.
Replace Auto Gun Cable.
Check Wiring Diagram, page 88, repair or
replace wires if necessary.
Check and replace fuse.
Spray Lubrication on solenoid plunger.
Check resistance across solenoid wires. Resis-
tance should be between .2 and .26 ohms. If
it's not, replace solenoid.
Replace Control board.
Check air pressure. Open air valve on gun.
Increase motor speed, check air connections &
air cap.
Reload the correct pattern.
Calibrate the machine, page 13.
Turn off accessories when machine is not in
use.
Make sure engine is being ran above 3300
rpm, NO LOAD for proper power supply.
Reduce accessories or charge battery when
necessary.
Check Wiring Diagram, page 88, repair or
replace wires if necessary.
Check Charging state in diagnostics, page 35,
to see if charger is properly working. Replace
Board.
Repair or replace cable.
Lubricate solenoid plunger, Check for solenoid
damage.
Increase motor speed, check air connections.
