Backing up

Do I need to backup?
When you leave the Composer environment, your project is saved on your hard
disk in the folder (or working area) you specified and/or named when you created
or restored the project. You can re-open it in this working area later.
Nevertheless, you should generate a backup copy periodically to save the entire
Composer configuration in a single file that is easy to move onto another computer
via network, or removable media.
The Composer backup procedure creates a compressed file with the extension
.BAK that you can name and then store wherever you wish.
