The user and domain field are then displayed in the User Data window.
3. Specify the Profile and Level attributes. Then, click OK to add the new user.

In a short while, the list will be refreshed and the new user included in it. In
certain cases, a manual refresh may be necessary: if so, click the Refresh icon
.
Modifying a user
An existing user can be modified to change his/her security profile or visibility level.
1. In order to modify a user, select the corresponding line in the list and then do
one of the following:

Click the Edit icon

Select the Edit > Edit menu command.
The User Data window appears.
