Verifying license validity
Note: You can also generate a .REG file with the PAK number. Once the license
has been entered into the PAK Manager, verify that it is selected in the list. Then
select File >Export selected PAK. Choose where you want to save the .REG file
and name it, then click OK. You will then be able to re-import the file whenever
you need it.

The DMS8000 product CD provides an additional Composer installation option

This option allows for configuration of NK8237 Modbus Gateway network devices
supporting Modbus head-end/automation systems, and FS20 Sinteso™/FS720
Cerberus© PRO and STT20 fire subsystems
PAK.
The Composer GW Tool configuration environment contains a default project for
the NK8237, and includes a folder with a Modbus system (allowing for the
possibility to insert additional Modbus systems), a Field folder supporting
FS20/FS720 and STT20 subsystems, a Network folder with the NK8237, a folder
with the NS8011 driver, and the possibility to configure routing and firewall
functions.
The Composer GW Tool does not support DMS8000 upstream host connections.

Accessing Composer as guest user (without a license)

You can run Composer with reduced functionality without a hardware key/PAK or
with an invalid PAK as a guest user. The indication of this status is specified in the
Composer caption as Composer License Not Available.

Change names of domain, stations, and users

Download (including NK8000 network units download)

Subsystem import/re-import of metafiles for existing subsystems

