Technical notes
Backup function can only work on local disks. Network disk units cannot be
used.
The Composer Backup does not include product-specific files linked to the
configuration but external to the Composer, e.g. HTML pages providing event
treatment instructions, address book databases.
Some software for cleaning up disks and removing temporary files can delete
BAK files. Pay attention when using this kind of programs.
Some useful recommendations:
Remember to backup your configuration projects daily, and use a consistent and
structured organisation of the backup files. We recommend that you:
Define a dedicated directory for each of your projects.
