2.1 General

MF-90 portable filters can be used with a variety of Dean fryers, as well as other manufacturers'
equipment. Oil capacity ranges from 80 to 110 pounds of oil, depending on the model. Unit length,
width, height and tank height dimensions for all units are listed in the table below.
