Voice messages

In this section, you will learn how to play new voice messages.
Editing options for voice message
Your display indicates new events and the message LED is slowly flashing red.
Depending on the system configuration your system administrator can
specify that you are notified by e-mail whenever you receive a new voice
message (with the voice message attached). Please note: if you delete
this e-mail notification, you also delete the voice message from your
phone. Contact your system administrator for more information.

Incoming calls are forwarded to an internal user or a call
number.
Incoming calls are forwarded to your voice mail, provid-
ing it has been set up by your system administrator.
You can use the global greeting or your own greeting.
