speed dome will respond only to input from the same channel again after the user-defined reset delay
time. This is the rest time that the speed dome considers an alarm to be active when it's physically
cleared. You can set the DELAY TIME from 0 to 300 seconds.
4. Resume the dome activity. You can set ALARM RESUME as ON to enable the speed dome to resume its
previous activity after the triggered actions finished.
NOTE:
If the speed dome is moving when a linkage action is triggered, it will stop at the current
position and resume from this position after the linkage action is finished.
The speed dome can be configured to resume the PTZ positions, focus, and iris value.
Configuring Auxiliary Alarm Output
Purpose:
An auxiliary alarm output is a configurable alarm output interface on the speed dome back box, which can
connect and trigger another alarm device to operate.
1. Enter the alarm output configuration submenu: MAIN MENUS > DOME SETTINGS > AUXS.
2. Click IRIS+ to edit the status of the alarm outputs. You can set the auxiliary alarm output type as OPEN
(normally open) and CLOSE (normally closed).
3. Move the cursor to DWELL TIME to set the duration of the alarm output signal. The configurable range
is 0 to 60 seconds.
4. Link the alarm output to the configured alarm.
A. Enter MAIN MENUS > DOME SETTINGS > ALARMS > ALARM SETTING and choose the alarm number that
you want to link the alarm output to.
B. Move the cursor to AUXS and click IRIS+ to configure the alarm output to the alarm. You can choose
OPEN to activate AUX 1.
