Possible cause
Back pressure too high at the injection
point
Injection point blocked
Voltage drop or failure
Cable for power supply is not correctly
connected
Control failure, no control signal
Cable for control is loose or incorrectly
connected
Stroke rate or stroke length set to "0"
Pump is set to standby mode or pause
Faulty operation of the pump/metering
system
Electrical connection malfunctioning
Pulsation damper pre-load is incorrect
Pressure peaks too high

Liquid end not tight
Remedy
Reduce back pressure or replace
pump with a higher capacity
Clean injection point
Reconnect the power supply
Ensure correct power supply through
