(1) Serial number plate
Perkins engines are identified by serial numbers.
These numbers are shown on the engine serial
number plate. Perkins distributors need these
numbers in order to determine the components that
were included with the engine. This permits accurate
identification of replacement part numbers.

The engine serial number plate is located on the
lower right side of the engine block.
