Jacket condensate outlet: Steam turns into condensate that drains through the outlet.
The condensate mingled with a certain amount of steam is in small amount and at higher
temperature that can drain here via a pipe. Installation to make sure that this discharging pipe
and that of oil cooler should not be connected to the same outlet.
Cooling water inlet of jacket: Water at a high temperature heated by jacket flows
upwards. Proceeding from this principle, we set the inlet of cooling water at the lower side and
the water outlet at the upper side. The inlet joint can be directly connected to the tap water.

4.2.5 Installation of belt pulley and V-belt

When leaving the factory, the belt pulley and V-belt of extruder have been installed and
adjusted in their desired position. However, the fixing bolts may be loosened during
transportation and installation, which will cause the offset of the belt pulley. Therefore, it is
necessary to re-install or re-adjust the belt pulley and the V-belt after the extruder is well
installed on the desired position.
