(5) Installation order of sealing element of bearing pedestal at feeding end:
As shown in Fig.6-4, install two pieces of Part #30 (O-ring180×3.55) and one piece of Part
#31(wearing sleeve I) on the main shaft and grease Part #30;
Install Part #25 (O-ring 345×7) on Part #24 (Front end cover), and install two pieces of Part
#27(lip-shaped oil seal180×210×15) near the bearing side on Part #24. Then install Part #24 on Part
#12(bearing pedestal). Grease the sealing ring and oil seal after installation.
(6)Installation order of sealing elements of bearing pedestal at belt pulley end:
As shown in Fig.6-4, install two pieces of Part #8(O-type sealing ring145×5.3)on Part #7(wearing
sleeve II), and grease Part #8;
Install above subassembly of Part #8 and Part #7 on the main shaft;
Install two pieces of Part #2(oil seal170×200×15)on Part #3(rear end cover), and grease Part #2;
Install Part #1(O-ring 258×7) on Part #3 and grease Part #1before putting Part #3 on Part #12
(bearing pedestal).
