SOLUTION
Clean threads and lubricate with grease - if no improvement,
replace spool retainer
Remove the bottom shaft and re-insert ensuring the joint is correctly
connected and engaged.

Reinstall the three tooth blade ensuring the blade is installed centrally
and with the correct washers

Hi just putting the PGMT-5200-The throttle connection is not attached to anything and there are no illustration showing where it should attached too ? Please advice
