Adjustment of the saw blade width

7.9.2 Adjustment of the saw blade width
Standard saw blade
– Use spacers to bring the scorer saw blade to
the width which is 0.1 mm greater than the
width of the main saw blade
– Set the alignment of the scorer to the main saw
first on the table plate side
– Test cut
– Set the alignment on the left side by adding or
removing intermediate rings

Only use the tool supplied for adjustment work!
– Release the clamping screw, appr. 2 turns
– Turn the spindle until the desired dimension is
reached. (1 turn = 0.5 mm)
– Tighten the clamping screw
– Test cut, if necessary correct the cutting width
again as described above.
