Selecting further settings
Switching Sabbath mode on and
off
The appliance offers a Sabbath pro-
gramme for the purposes of religious
observance.
The following are switched off:
– the interior lighting when the door is
opened,
– all acoustic and visual signals,
– the temperature display,
– the Super freeze and DynaCool func-
tions (if previously selected).
– the minute minder (if previously
switched on).
Furthermore you cannot select any set-
tings in Settings mode .
The Sabbath mode function will switch
itself off automatically after approx.
120 h.
Ensure that the doors are properly
closed, as visual and audible alarms
are switched off.
Danger of food contamination!
Any power failure during Sabbath
mode is not shown in the display.
After a power failure, the appliance
restarts in Sabbath mode. When
power is restored, no notification of
the power failure will appear in the
display.
If there was a power failure during
Sabbath mode, check the quality of
the food and do not consume par-
tially thawed food.
