Using this manual
Your camcorder is based on the DV format. You can use only mini DV cassettes with
your camcorder. We recommend that you use a tape with cassette memory Clll.

Cassettes with cassette memory are marked by CIq (Cassette Memory).
TV color systems differ depending on the country or region. To view your recordings
on a TV, you need an NTSC system-based TV.
