Switch the monitor off if an error symbol appears. Check for all possible causes
and note the 10 golden rules as well as the instructions for self-measurement in
Chapter 2 Important information. Relax for a minute and then take the measure-
ment again.
Possible causes
The cuff was applied too
firmly or too loosely.
There is a system error.
Inflation pressure is
higher than 300 mmHg.
There is a system error.
The batteries are almost
empty.
Implausible measured
values often occur due
to inappropriate han-
dling of the monitor
or mistakes during the
measuring procedure.
Remedy
Apply the cuff so that two fin-
gers fit between the cuff and
the upper arm.
Air tube is not correctly con-
nected to the monitor.
Check that the connector plug is
correctly positioned.
If this error occurs frequently,
you should use a new cuff.
Contact customer service if this
error message appears.
Please rest for at least 1 minute
and take the measurement
again.
Contact customer service if this
