6. TROUBLESHOOTING

DIAGNOSTIC / ACTION
1. NO: Check for the proper connection.
DIAGNOSTIC / ACTION
1. NO: Insert the card into the board.
2. NO: Verify you only use ATA flash card devices (see
Section 5 - Kits list for certified cards).

1. Increase this value to disable "PCMCIA FULL" message
display.
2. NO: Initialize PCMCIA card again with INIT utility in
PCMCIA / SERVICE matrix and increase the number of
records for the files which are too small.

1. Initialize the card by using INIT menu in
PCMCIA / SERVICE matrix.
DIAGNOSTIC / ACTION
1. NO: Change the card.
2. YES: Run a TEST (PCMCIA / SERVICE).
- If the test is successful, then the card is OK.
- If the test stops before reaching 100 % of completion then
an area of the card is bad. The card has to be changed.
