2. Install the turnspit frame on the second
shelf position from the bottom.
3. Install the first fork in the spit.
4. Put the food to be grilled.
5. Install the second fork.
Use the screws to tighten the forks.
6. Install the point of the spit in the turnspit
hole (refer to "Product description").
7. Install the front part of the spit on the
spit frame.
8. Remove the handle.
9. Set the oven function and a temperature
(refer to "Cooking tables").

Child lock
When the Child Lock is set, you cannot
operate the appliance.
Activating the Child Lock
1. Press
to deactivate the appliance.

the display shows "SAFE". The Child
Lock is on.
Deactivating the Child Lock
To deactivate the Child Lock, do the same
steps again.
Control Beep
Deactivating the control beep
1. Press
to deactivate the appliance.
2. Press and hold the
at the same time, until a sound operates
(approximately 2 seconds).
The control beep does not operate.
Activating the control beep
1. Press and hold the
at the same time, until a sound operates
(approximately 2 seconds).
2. The control beep operates again.
Automatic switch-off
The appliance deactivates automatical-
ly after some time:
• If you do not deactivate the appli-
ance
• If you do not change the oven tem-
perature.

The oven deactivates when the oven
temperature is:
30 - 115 °C

After an automatic switch-off, deactivate
the oven fully. Then you can activate it
again.
Error code
If some parameters are not correct, the
control unit stops the functions which oper-
ate and the display shows the related error
code. Refer to "What to do if" chapter.
Cooling fan
When the appliance operates, the cooling
fan switches on automatically to keep the
surfaces of the appliance cool. If you switch
off the appliance, the cooling fan continues
to operate until the appliance cools down.
Safety thermostat
To prevent dangerous overheating (due to
incorrect use of the appliance or defective
components), the oven has a safety ther-
mostat, which interrupts the power supply.
The oven switches back on again automati-
cally, when the temperature drops.
