22. ADJUST THE TENSION OF RAISE THREAD AND STROKE

Loosen screw ② , turn the uphold frame ○4 clockwise, the stroke
of raise thread ① becomes short, the opposite is long. The raise
thread ① becomes tight when turn the bushing
counterclockwise, it becomes incompact when turn the bushing
clockwise.

23. USING THE UPPER KNIFE

1. To operate the upper knife
knife set lever ②
simultaneously with the operation of the machine.
2. To stop the upper knife
knife set lever ②
