The Hyperspec III application does not need to be configured for the Nano-Hyperspec device. The values for the
applications are set during the factory installation and testing processes.
The following steps can be used to verify the configuration for a Nano-Hyperspec
application.

3.1 NANO / COMPUTER CONNECTION

Before using the Hyperspec
the Nano. Use the following steps, also in the Nano Quick Start Guide, to make the connection.
(1) Connect the Nano to the appropriate power source, do not turn the unit ON.
(2) Connect the Nano to the computer, using the Cat 6 cable provided with the Nano.
(3) Power on the computer and the Nano.
(4) Open the computer Control Panel, click the Network and Internet selection, opening the Network and Sharing
Center, shown in the following figure.
(5) Left click Change adapter settings, circled in the previous figure. The following panel opens.
