Battery Pack (VBAT)
A rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack will be used to operate the unit in battery mode. The pack will
include a capacity monitoring circuit and any required pack protection circuitry. A one-wire, bidirectional,
serial interface (BDATA) will be used to read and write the pack data.
Battery Charger
The charge circuitry is in the external AC/DC Adapter as shown in the following block diagram.
